PoketStok is currently provided as a beta version for testing and feedback purposes.

PoketStok is an AI-powered inventory management app that helps users track, scan, and manage stock using RFID, barcodes, and QR codes.
Some features, including AI-based recognition and predictive analytics, are in development and may be marked as “coming soon” or “beta”.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PoketStok. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Beta Disclaimer

PoketStok is currently in its testing phase and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
You acknowledge that:

• The App may change, update, or go offline without prior notice.

• We do not guarantee continuous operation or accuracy of AI outputs.

• AI-generated insights, scanning, or predictions should not be considered professional or business advice.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to PoketStok.
By using the App, you grant us limited permission to process your data solely for providing the service and improving system performance.
We do not claim ownership of your data.

A separate Privacy Policy will describe how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App for unlawful activities.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the software.

• Upload data you do not have rights to.

• Interfere with the system’s operation or other users’ experience.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in PoketStok—including the brand name, logo, and software—remain our property.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PoketStok is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App or any AI-generated outputs.

9. Security and Data Isolation

If you require enhanced data security, you may request a custom deployment—either hosted on your own database or on a dedicated database managed by us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective once posted in the App or on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
If PoketStok later registers in another EU country (such as Estonia), the jurisdiction may be updated accordingly.
